Happy/Sad

Sorry I haven't blogged for a while...  I just haven't gotten around to it.
We had a pretty exciting Friday!  We went to a threading ceremony...  this is where Hindus/Brahmans on their boys 8th birthday shave his head and do some rituals...  It was very interesting and fun.  The most fun part was watching them make the food.  They hired a bunch of people and they sit on the floor and make all sorts of kinds of food.  They also have big pots of oil all around the area which is pretty dangerous...  So that was fun.

We are all very excited because Neni (Mommy's mom) is coming the 22nd of May until we go home!!!!!!!!!!   That will be very fun, and we might go to the Ajanta Caves.

A very sad thing also happened...................  Linda, Maggie, and Patrick left.

Saturday

Here's what we did today.

Since we stayed up late watching Courageous last night, I did not wake up until 8:00 a clock.  I got up and watched a little bit of a show called "Welcome to Paradise".  Then Sam and I watched some of Gideon the Tube Warrior  (Veggie tales)  After that we got down to breakfast and ate there.  We then went out to the pool and saw that a party wad going on.  Karen, Ignuus,  Nora, and Lena came and we swam with Karen and Nora well Ignuus held Lena.  They left and so did we, we got up to the room and I worked on my pet sitting flyer for when we get home and then we ate lunch and watched the Wonderful Wizard of Ha's.  We relaxed a bit and then went down to go swimming.  Zac and Janelda came too and we swam with them for a while.  They left and we talked to the new Indian family that lives in Seattle.  Sam and I came up stairs and took a shower and then I gave Theo a bath.  That's where we are now.  Mommy and Daddy are upstairs now and I am blogging as you know!!!  It was a fun day and now it is 7:26 P.M.

Our exciting summer

Hi Everybody.
Theo is sleeping on the floor and Mommy and Daddy are getting ready and Sam is in her room.
I am blogging and it is 6:53 A.M. 

Has anyone ever been to Leclaire? It's really fun, and a very small town.  There's a bunch of small shops and there's one called the Grasshopper that has a dog, bunny, and 2 little birds. CUTE!!!
We are going to be very busy this summer going all over the Quad cities.  Splash Landing is one of our favorite waterparks and we will be going there a lot.  We also get to go up to get Willy and that is up to uncle Mark's house in Kansas, then we go to Neni's house to get Billy which is in Nebraska, and then we're going to a Paulseth family reunion in Minnesota, and then we are going up to grandma and grandpa's house about 2 times Minnesota, then, we are going to see the Gansauges sometimes, then we have Amanda's wedding and last (I think) but not least School starts in which I will be starting 6th grade in Cody! Exciting summer!!! 
We are also doing strings camp and that is AWESOME!!!!!!! I can't wait for that.
I will put a countdown for the first day of school and strings camp. Only 21 days till my birthday now!!!

Horse bridels and Boats

Hi,
I'M ALMOST ELEVEN!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am going to have a snoopy themed party at the grassy area.  It will be pretty fun... unfortunately Maggie won't be here since she is leaving for the US on the 26th for her brother Cody's graduation.  That will be sad...  Benjamin, Zac, Nora, Sameena, and Sahan will be here though.(Lena too)
Sahan is having a "party" a the playground today and asked if we would help him set up.  Shaila told us that he was very nervous since everyone was going to be in Yoga! 

Lena is getting so big she can almost hold up her head and is already balancing it all by her self.  WOW!!!  The day before yesterday I made some horse bridles and put them on my breyers... here they are.

Exciting Weekend and Pics

We were invited to go to a house warming party Sunday morning from one of daddy's co-workers.  This was fun.  We got there and Balaji (a long time friend since I can remember) and another co-worker of daddy's and they took us up to the new apartment.  They aren't living in it yet, but they must drive all the evil spirits away before moving in.  They do some kind of rituals on the floor and here's the fun part.... They build a fire on the floor!  About 12 by 12 in. in the middle of the house to frive the evil spirits away.  The bad thing was that it's already about 95 degrees outside and the fire adds another 5 to 10 degrees, you get the point. VERY HOT.   Here is a few pics of that part of our day.

After that, we went to a place where they had lunch.  A calm relaxing lunch with spoons, forks, and knives.  NOT... actually we only had, let me see..... OUR HANDS.  That's right only a banana leaf and our hands for spoon, fork, and knive.  Here are a couple more pics.

Miracle upon Miracles that it Rained Today!!!!!
It's so fun to have it rain after almost 7 months of HOT SUN and no sign of one drop of rain (except for the occasional droplet of water, you think it's rain and then most likely.... it's bird pee!!!)   So that was AWESOME, and a big surprise!!!  Have a good day and I'll blog tomorrow.  Sam always blogs well we watch movies so I have to go, in case she gets MAD.  HEE HEE!!!

My phase of not knowing what to blog about is over (for today anyway)
